Terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from JP Sarbath, 72, Church Street, Karaikal, Puducherry. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

JP Sarbath makes Nannari Syrup and Rose Syrup. These are concentrated syrups that must be mixed with water, soda or milk before drinking. Photos on this website show the product; the label design may change slightly between batches.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. The price shown (₹160 for each 750 ml bottle: Nannari Syrup, Nannari Syrup No Colour and Rose Syrup) is our current retail price and may change. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp or by email is the one you pay. Wholesale prices are quoted separately.

Placing an order

Orders are placed by WhatsApp, phone, email or at our shop. An order is confirmed once we reply to agree the quantity, price, payment and delivery or pickup. We may decline an order, for example if stock runs out, and we will tell you if we do.

Payment, delivery and pickup

We agree payment and delivery with you when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your bottles when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours if any are damaged or leaking, with a photo, and we will replace them.

Wholesale

Retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers and distributors can order with no minimum quantity. Trade prices, credit terms and delivery schedules are agreed in writing with each wholesale customer. Products must be stored as we advise and sold before the date printed on the bottle.

Storage and use

Store bottles closed, in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within the time shown on the label. Our products contain sugar; please consider this if you have dietary needs.

Our name and content

The JP Sarbath name, the founder seal, our labels, photographs and the text on this website belong to JP Sarbath. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

Liability

We take great care with every bottle. If something is wrong with a product you bought from us, our responsibility is limited to replacing it or refunding its price. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Karaikal, Puducherry.
