Privacy Policy
JP Sarbath ("we", "us") runs this website from 72, Church Street, Karaikal, Puducherry. We keep it simple: the site does not store your personal information, and it uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
What happens when you contact us
Ordering on WhatsApp. The "Order on WhatsApp" buttons open WhatsApp with a ready-made message to +91 83005 14088. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Your chat is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we see your name, number and message as in any WhatsApp chat.
The distribution enquiry form. The details you type (your name, business, business type, town, phone, quantity and message) are never sent to this website. When you press send, the form opens your own email app with the enquiry written out, addressed to jpsarbath@gmail.com. It only reaches us if you choose to send it.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to answer you, take and deliver your order, prepare wholesale quotes and keep a record of our business with you. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it except where we must to deliver your order (for example, with a courier) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting rules. Ask us and we will delete anything we do not have to keep.
Services from other companies
The map in the "Visit us" section is provided by Google Maps, and the fonts by Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them, and Google may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. The Instagram link takes you to Instagram, which has its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jpsarbath@gmail.com or message +91 83005 14088.
Children
This website is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
